Hess Swisstrolley este alegerea orasului elvetian Winterthur. Primul troleibuz, din cele 21 comandate, a fost prezentat oficial. Ele vor inlocui troleibuzele Mercedes-Benz O405GTZ.

In 19 iunie 2010 s-a sarbatorit implinirea a 60 de ani de transport cu troleibuzul in Winterthur.



Reportaje despre troleibuzele Saurer/Stromberg in Winterthur. Cateva dintre acestea circula acum in Baia Mare.





Vechile troleibuze Saurer. Imagini exceptionale!

De remarcat ca acele vehicule din 1939 depaseau ca performante tehnice TV-urile noastre din anii 70... Ca sa nu mai vorbim de cum era reteaua aeriana...

Intre timp, traseul 3 al Stadtbus Winterthur a fost prelungit la Rosenberg. In foto, reteaua in constructie dar si troleibuzul Mercedes-Benz O405GTZ nr. 149 (va fi pastrat alaturi de fratele sau, cu nr. 147, pana in anul 2013) si noul Swisstrolley nr. 117.

Inaugurarea primului traseu de troleibuz, Winterthur - Wulfingen, in 28 decembrie 1938.

Troleibuzele aveau baterii si tragatoare! Nu mai vorbesc de elementele de prindere a retelei de troleibuz. Perfectiune!

Troleibuze Winterthur in HD:



Sistemul are trei linii "diametrale" care se intalnesc la gara centrala unde stationeaza permitand transferul in orice directie. Orarele sunt sincronizate astfel incat toate ajung (mai mult sau mai putin) si (mai ales) pleaca in acelasi timp de la gara centrala (in speta duminica din 10 in 10 minute).

Retea cu suspensii pendulare si macazuri si incrucisari pe sanii. Macazurile sunt si cu directie implicita cu revenire mecanica (ca in Bucuresti), directie implicita cu revenire prin senzor de randunica, fie fara directie implicita. Actionarea lor se face telecomandat probabil prin unde radio, desi la gara centrala este ceva ce ar putea fi senzor infrarosu... Din punctul de vedere al soferilor acestea aproape nici nu exista, se circula la viteza de linie peste tot.

In afara de reteaua activa mai sunt destule segmente nefolosite, sau care pot fi folosite in caz de urgenta (bucle de intoarcere); toate segmentele de retea sunt legate prin macazuri, niciunul nu se termina in vreun stalp...

Despre vehicule: troleibuzele articulate Hess (Swistrolley 3) sunt o clasa peste Trollinourile 18 Solaris: mult mai aerisite in interior, articulatia si ea mai spatioasa; Trollino 18 pare sa fie de fapt un autobuz cu inca o "noptiera" in fata ultimei osii pentru motorul electric - este destul de inghesuit; in fata mai are si "placa de calcat" la usa 2

Foarte frumos realizat montajul, dar am cateva nelamuriri:

- pe la ce ora sunt filmate, nu sunt cam goale troleibuzele? (daca erau in Romania sigur le inlocuiau cu dube, sau cel mult cu niste autobuze solo).

- pe wikipedia apare ca sunt 31 de vehicule, iar la orele de varf, pe cele 3 linii circula 11+11+9=31 de troleibuze. Deci se folosesc zilnic toate troleibuzele? Sau mai sunt inlocuite de cate un autobuz?

Sunt 33 troleibuze: 21 unitati Hess BGT-N2C/Kiepe, 10 unitati Solaris Trollino 18/Cegelec si 2 unitati Mercedes O 405 GTZ/ABB. In orele de varf sunt introduse autobuze pe traseele troleibuzelor.

Mai exista resturi de retea de troleibuz ce au apartinut traseului 4 (Hauptbahnhof - Breite) ce este deservit incepand cu anul 1995 cu autobuze. Later edit: reteaua a fost demontata complet (in 2014 nu mai exista, a se vedea imaginile de pe Google Earth).

Se dorea reintroducerea troleibuzelor pe traseul 4, in anul 2002, discutiile fiind reluate in anul 2005, dar proiectul nu a fost realizat, in 2008 comunicandu-se ca se renunta la el. In timp ce distrugatorii troleibuzelor si tramvaielor din Rromania latra ca vor "autobuze electrice", elvetienii se gandesc la troleibuze bi-articulate, cum sunt, de exemplu, cei din Winterthur, Lausanne, Berna. In Geneva, Zurich, Lucerna, St. Gallen circula deja troleibuzele bi-articulate.

Powerlines electrifies Trolleybus in Switzerland

The Powerlines Group has been awarded a contract in the Swiss city of Winterthur via its German subsidiary SPL Powerlines Germany. The city will be conducting large-scale renovation work on its trolleybus network through to 2020. The existing network accommodates 1,869,574 scheduled kilometers and some parts are to be newly regulated. On other sections of the routes the overhead line system is to be rebuilt.

Renovation is to be carried out on line 1 (Oberwinterthur-Töss), line 2 (Wülfingen-Seen) and line 3 (Rosenberg-Seen). Alongside these three lines Powerlines will also be responsible for electrifying the newly built depot in Grüzefeld, where transverse wires are to be remounted, electric track switches installed and the contact wires retensioned. A total of 28 km of contact wire is to be installed and 47 km regulated.

The flat catenary contact line system (contact wire Type Ri 107) will require an operational voltage of 600 V DC. As well as installing the catenary system, SPL Powerlines Germany has also been charged with installation of the power feed points, and with the integration of mechanical and electrical overhead line switches.

Gerhard Ehringer, CEO of the Powerlines Group explains: ‘Trolleybuses are a traditional feature in Winterthur and have been an integral part of the local public transport system for many years. Powerlines is one of only a handful of companies in Europe able to plan and implement catenary systems for trolleybuses. I’m delighted we have been given the privilege of contributing our know-how in this field in Winterthur. It is also an important step towards establishing the Powerlines Group within the Swiss market’.

Ce planuri are StadtBus Winterthur!

-extinderea traseului de troleibuz nr. 1;
-troleibuze bi-articulate;
-reintroducerea (si extinderea) traseului de troleibuz nr. 4;
-electrificarea partiala a traseelor de troleibuz 7 si 14 si folosirea troleibuzelor cu baterii (si pe traseul 5)

Autobuzele cu baterii sunt respinse cu fermitate!

Programul de dezvoltare a transportului public din Winterthur prevede extinderea retelei de troleibuz, troleibuze biarticulate si cresterea parcului de troleibuze la 55 de unitati.

In perioada 2022-2031, orasul Winterthur doreste achizitionarea a maxim 70 de troleibuze (incluzand intre 11 si 23 vehicule biarticulate), necesare inlocuirii etapizate a celor vechi, dar si pt. extinderea retelei electrice.

Primele doua proiecte vor fi cele de transformare a liniilor 5 si 7 (linii deservite cu autobuze diesel) in linii deservite cu troleibuze cu baterii. Va fi necesara realizarea a 5,5 km retea noua de troleibuz. Linia 2E va fi doar a troleibuzelor. Bateriile troleibuzelor sunt mult mai mici (deci scade greutatea lor), asadar mai usor de reciclat/distrus si nu e nevoie de construirea unor statii de incarcare fixe.

Pana in decembrie 2022, troleibuzele liniei 1 vor fi deservite cu masini biarticulate.

La ora actuala, 70% din calatori folosesc troleibuzele. Prin implementarea noilor trasee, ponderea va creste la 90%.

Prima comanda: 11 troleibuze biarticulate si 3 articulate, ce sa fie livrate in anul 2022. Vor inlocui cele 10 troleibuze Solaris si 4 autobuze diesel.
