Ruta actuala a traseului T4 (tram-tren) urmareste vechea linie a tramvaiului (ligne des Coquetiers), inaugurata in anul 1875.

Aulnay-sous-Bois - Bondy

Ruta este deservita de catre SNCF, cu 15 rame U 25500 (Avanto S70).

Nu este folosita caracteristica "duala" a tramvaiului-tren, aceea de a folosi tensiunea de 25 kV, respectiv 750 V, intregul traseu avand in retea 25 kV.

Traseul este integrat zonei metropolitane Paris, a tramvaielor din Ile-de-France.

Incepand cu data de 14 decembrie 2019 a fost pus in functiune inca un tronson al traseului T4, pana la Clichy-sous-Bois si Montfermeil.
