Antares Transport este o societate a Antares-Group, companie ce detine, printre altele, Classfer (transport feroviar de marfa) si numeroase hoteluri.

A devenit cel mai mare operator de transport de persoane din Judetul Valcea dupa cumparare Autogarii 1 Mai cu garajul si autobuzele de rigoare.
Din pacate, sloganul lor este ,,Un microbuz la fiecare 20-30 de minute pe toate rutele", slogan materializat prin aducerea a cateva Isuzu Tourqoise si o groaza de dube, care sunt gazduite intr-un garaj separat de autogara. Garajul autogarii musteste, inca, de Roman 111 si Rocar 111 RDTM :) in stare foarte buna.

Firma opereaza mai mult trasee intrajudetene (aproape toate rutele) dar si cateva interjudetene, de remarcat fiind cele spre Pitesti, Bucuresti si Mangalia.

Sa vedem cateva din autobuzele lor. pentru inceput, una din ultimele achizitii, un midibuz Isuzu Tourqoise, B 18480:

Isuzu Tourqoise, Mercedes si Setra: B 18476, VL 48 ANT si VL 63 ANT.

De remarcat ca autobuzele au fie numere cu ANT, fie numere cu TRA (cele ale autogarii).

VL 48 ANT, Mercedes Intouro in Autogara Nord din Pitesti. Cu el am calatorit de la Bucuresti la Pitesti (1h30min - 12 RON).

Un alt autobuz al acestei firme, ce parcurge ruta Ramnicu Valcea - Brasov, zilnic. Numarul de inmatriculare: B 80 HVX.
