La finele anului 2006 aceste troleibuze au ajuns in custodia RAT Ploiesti, desevind nou-infiintatul traseu 44 (244). Am vazut astfel de troleibuze si pe traseul 202.
Fotografiile le-am realizat in data de 18.01.2007.

O chestie ciudata: linia 44 trebuia sa fie deservita doar de FBW... dar pe 1 Iunie... nu stiu din ce motiv a scapat si acest ROCAR pe ea...

Sa le vedem pe #5206 si #5208 dupa RK. Calitatea lucrarilor efectuate este foarte buna, cel putin din punct de vedere estetic. La interior a fost schimbata melamina, a fost inlocuita tapiteria scaunelor, a fost schimbat linoleumul si a fost inchisa cu termopan cabina soferului.

Troleibuzul va circula pe strazile din municipiul Ploiesti 10 zile. Are motor termic, motor electric asincron, decuplare/recuplare pneumatica a captatoarelor, fiabiliate mare. Nu si aer conditionat !?

Pretul de achizitionare al unui astfel de troleibuz este motivant si exista sanse mari ca RATP sa se imbogateasca cu citeva astfel de exemplare. Bine ar fi sa fie achizitionate cel putin 10 troleibuze Neoplan, pentru a inlocui troleibuzele Rocar si Berliet.

"Poluarea sonora este una dintre formele cele mai nocive forme de poluare.

In urma monitorizarii nivelului de zgomot s-a constatat ca pentru 65 - 75% din numarul determinarilor,valorile inregistrate sunt mai mari decat limitele impuse de STAS 10009/88. O scadere a nivelului de zgomot s-a observat in Municipiul Ploiesti, dupa introducerea troleibuzului pe tronsonul Pod Inalt - Gara de Sud."

Am circulat ieri cu NEOPLAN-ul pe traseul 202. Afisajul electronic nu functiona. Prima impresie este ca se comporta excelent. Silentios si, avand in vedere ca-i articulat, mi se pare foarte agil, poate prea modern pentru romanul de rand, mai ales cu scaunele, tare mi-e teama... Cred ca va fi pana la urma o alegere buna, daca va fi...

Nu va fi usoara decizia RATP referitoare la achizitionarea troleibuzelor Neoplan.

E de vazut ce conditii impune importatorul (MHS Truck & Bus SRL) -referitoare la numarul minim de troleibuze ce il ofera spre vinzare. De asemenea, softul trebuie sa fie complet accesibil personalului ce se va ocupa de mentenanta acestor vehicule.
Exista sansa de a achizitiona troleibuze noi. Astra sau Skoda au preturi atractive.
Exista emulatia creata de troleibuzul Neoplan, asa ca ar putea fi deblocate urgent fonduri. Insa deciziile corecte nu se fundamenteaza pe emulatii. E nevoie de organizarea unor licitatii.

Daca importatorul iti vinde minim 20 de troleibuze Neoplan, e un prilej de a forta municipalitatea sa investeasca in extinderea retelei de troleibuz (traseele 30, 2, 104, etc).
