New tramcars from Bremen

Hello,

last week 10 motorcars and 10 trailers left Bremen for Timisoara. The following tramcars will come to Timisoara:

Motor cars:
3509,3510 (Type: GT4d)
3512,3513,3516,3521 (Type: GT4e)
3534,3539,3554,3559 (Type: GT4f)

trailers:
3709,3710 (Type: GB4d)
3712,3713,3716,3721 (Type: GB4e)
3729,3735,3739,3755 (Type: GB4f)

I would be very happy to see some pictures from arrival of these trams in Timisoara. If possible you could send pictures by email to me.

Hello!
I am also verry happy to see the Bremen-Trams in Timisoara.
I send you a picture of 3521 on a brandnew line, to test the signals.
It was the first december day last year. One day later was opening of this line.
Now 3521 comes to Timisoara :D
Have someone pictures from the arrive of the trams? Please send it by email to me.

O sa vedem cum se mai prezinta parcul de tramvaie al RATT. La sfarsit o sa va prezint si unele modele de tramvaie pe care, desi le-am pozat in si in 2006, nu le-am mai gasit la traseu.

DWM (Deutsche Waggon und Maschinenfabriken) GT6. Fabricate in 1961 si 1964 si aduse din Karlsruhe in 1995 (1 vag) si 2000 (7 bucati).

DWM GT8. Fabricate in 1964 si 1969 si aduse din Karlsruhe in 2000 (3 bucati).

Au numerele #167, #171 (in conservare), #174

Duewag (Waggonfabrik Uerdingen AG Verk Duesseldorf) tip N. Aduse in Frankfurt am Main in 2006, in numar de 4 bucati (#825, #827, #829, #830), odata cu ele venind inca 8 pentru Resita. #827 si #829 sunt casate.

Interesant ca si la Brasov au fost 2, #38 si #40, dar scurtate la Frankfurt acum multi ani.

A existat un tramvai numit Timis V2, cu articulatie. El a avut numarul 230 si a circulat prin Timisoara.
A mai existat un prototip, numit Timis V2c, dar cu un design diferit de Timisul clasic. Avea 3 ferestre mai mici intre cele doua usi dela fiecare segment. Usile aveau dimensiuni egale si pareau a fi de dimensiunea celor de troleibuz. Se pare ca ulterior au ajuns la troleibuzul DAC cu nr. 10. Acest prototip a avut numarul 229, dar nu a fost oficial al RATT si nu a circulat cu calatori, ci doar in probe, pe linia 7.

Exista fotografii cu ambele vagoane, dar nu am permisiunea de a le publica.
Iata insa schita vagonului V2c si o imagine V2 de pe un pliant de prezentare.

Tramvaiul cu cai din Piata Libertatii are alte culori, maro cu galben.
Intr-un timp televiziunea Europa Nova Timisoara avea un clip in care aparea tramvaiul albastru articulat.

din pacate acest tv istoric nu beneficiaza inca de restaurare,zace in curtea ratt Dambovita si continua sa se degradeze,scarile de lemn au putrezit,lampile sunt distruse si becurile sparte iar inauntru e o mizerie si un haos de nedescris.Pacat.

Care tramvai? Ca Timisul 1 a fost renovat, acum se lucreaza la Ep... apoi se va trece si la V58.

Timisul 1 a fost renovat? Ce am vazut pe aici arata un utilitar Timis1 transformat, nicidecum unul renovat in forma initiala.
Cred ca EP/V3A 6026 a fost dus acolo pentru a-l reface ca EP original, dar remorca 6207 nu prea vad cum o vor face V12 original.

Din lipsa de piese originale... o sa vezi ca si Ep-ul tot usi de Ikarus din 4 segmente fiecare are.

este vorba despre tramvaiul istoric vizibil in prima poza a acestei pagini nu despre Timis1 -acela se afla intr-o stare jalnica in curtea ratt Dambovita

Dupa parerea mea municipiul de pe malurile Begai detine cel mai performant sistem de transport public din Romania.
O retea de trasee cu traditie, cu programe de circulatie respectate, cu autobuze si troleibuze noi, cu infrastructura tramvaiului modernizata in proportie de 75%, cu posibilitatea achizitionarii unor tramvaie noi, cu un sistem de ticketing, cu o deschidere nemaiintilnita a personalului de aici.

Imi permit sa fac si un scurt comentariu, strict personal, la structura de conducere a RATT. Pina nu de mult, in fruntea regiei timisorene s-a aflat dl. Eugen Stanescu. Acest om s-a implicat in demararea procedurilor pt. achizitionarea celor 50 de troleibuze Skoda 24Tr, avind in vedere si achizitionarea a inca 10 troleibuze de acelasi tip dar si modernizarea retelei de troleibuz. Tot dumnealui s-a tinut de cuvint si a pastrat pentru Muzeul RATT troleibuzul DAC 117 E cu nr. de parc 71. Respectul nostru, domnule Stanescu si astept sa va implicati in proiecte pt. introducerea transportului electric si in alte orase, mai ales prin prisma functiei detinute in URTP.

In urma unui concurs desfasurat in luna iunie anul curent, director general a devenit dl. Ioan Goia, fostul director tehnic. Noi ii uram succes in functie si vom vedea daca lucrurile vor evolua intr-o directie pozitiva.

In cele ce urmeaza, voi lasa imaginile sa vorbeasca despre acest oras frumos si primitor.
Imi cer scuze ca voi posta doar acum fotografii realizate in luna februarie a acestui an.
