Azi dimineata am avut o surpriza extrem, extrem de placuta: l-am vazut in circulatie pe unul dintre DAC-urile 117 UD ale Transbus, este vorba de BZ-02-GAU!

Extrem de contrariat, pentru ca nu stiam daca autobuzul mai apartine Transbus-ului sau a fost preluat de vreun privat, l-am intrebat pe soferul autobuzului in care ma aflam (BMC-ul B-54-BJZ) despre situatia acelui aticulat. Soferul mi-a spus ca toate cele 3 articulate au fost reactivate, dar ca sunt folosite doar dimineata pentru "Zone", acele curse conventie care leaga diversele cartiere cu platformele industriale de la marginea orasului.

Chiar si asa, tot e bine ca autobuzele nu au fost masacrate. Acum intrebarea e ce anume a determinat pastrarea autobuzelor? Oare sa nu fi dorit nimeni sa le cumpere si sa nu poata fi casate daca nu erau total amortizate?!? Pentru ca judecand dupa preturi, autobuzele mai aveau de trait inca mult timp pana sa fie retrase/casate...

Pe de alta parte, am inceput niste atacuri puternice la adresa autoritatilor locale buzoiene, incriminandu-i pe acestia pentru faptul ca au permis retragerea prematura a autobuzelor DAC/Rocar, care puteau fi usor reparate si mentinute in circulatie pana la achizitia unui numar suficient de autobuze noi.
Au retras 24 autobuze care, reconditionate - cel putin 10-15 dintre ele - isi mai puteau face treaba cu brio 1-2 ani; insa nu, s-a preferat retragerea autobuzelor si se intentioneaza introducerea a aproximativ 120 :!: de dube/maxi-taxi pe trasee...

La adresa http://www.domnuleprimar.ro/Vezi-sesiza ... au-46.html puteti vedea si sesizarile mele privitoare la numeroasele nereguli si "ciudatenii" -asta ca nu le zic altfel - din jurul puturoasei afaceri maxi-taxi.

Conform raspunsului primarului Constantin Boscodeala, disponibil la http://www.domnuleprimar.ro/27272-Sinte ... a-ras.html , 3 autobuze DAC au scapat cel putin temporar de casare. Cred ca e vorba de cele 3 DAC-uri 117UD, pentru ca pe doua dintre ele le-am revazut pe trasee, pe asa-numitele "Zone".

Cititi toate petitiile, sa vedeti cum o dau incurcata baietii, ca adoptarea programului de transport, program care afecteza multi cetateni a fost trecut la "Si altele", fiind adoptat fara consultarea cetatenilor. E-he, baieti../.

Urmare sesizarilor dumneavoastra, va raspundem astfel :

- hotararea privind aprobarea programului de transport al SC TRANS BUS SA nu are caracter normativ, in convocatorul sedintei consiliului local ce a avut loc in data de 25.09.2008 neaparand in mod explicit, aceasta fiind trecuta la alte probleme ale activitatii curente, ordinea de zi a sedintei fiind suplimentata in conformitate cu Legea nr.215/2001;

- din autobuzele casate un numar de 3 (cele scoase la vanzare la valori mai mari) au fost repuse in circulatie;

- vom lua in considerare propunerea dumneavoastra referitoare la prelungirea traseului 2 spre Potoceni in masura in care va fi posibil;

- uneori, soferii de pe microbuze incalca prevederile legale, permitand imbarcarea unui numar mai mare de calatori decat numarul de locuri, in multe cazuri ei fiind sanctionati de organele in drept. Acest lucru nu se poate face in mod continuu, organele de control nefiind in permanenta pe traseu si nici abaterile permanente;

- programul de circulatie al microbuzelor nu este afisat, deoarece acestea circula la intervale foarte mici de timp, dar vom avea in vedere acest aspect.

E o minciuna! E chiar proiect de Hotarire a Consiliului Local si apare pe ordinea de zi, suplimentata ulterior.
Programele de circulatie ale mijloacelor de transport in comun TREBUIE sa fie aprobate printr-un act normativ (Hotarire a Consiliului Local). Deci si programul "microbuzelor".
