Transportul public din orasele Austriei este foarte bine pus la punct. Nu face exceptie nici Linz-ul.
Traseele de autobuze sint impartite intre vehiculele apartinind operatorului local Linz AG Linien si alte firme. Au in dotare autobuze Steyr, Volvo si Mercedes, mai vechi sau mai noi. La orele de virf am vazut ca erau autobuze ce suplimentau troleibuzele de pe traseele 45 si 46.
