Today , I`d been seen the topic , called "Impresii de calatorie" , and there is small topic "Linia 803. Medgidia - Negru Voda". I supposed that Negru Voda (in Bulgarian sounds like a "Cherna Voda") is the border Romanian railway station. On the other side in Bulgaria there is a border railway station Kardam , you can see some photos of this place.
From 15.06 to 06.09.2009 year , there move an international train EC 1131 / 1132 from Bucuresti Nord to Varna (via Negru Voda and Kardam), but for lack of enough advertisement in Bulgaria , the train was empty and stopped. On this adress you can see 1132 , who departures from central railway station Varna towards Dobrich , Kardam , Negru Voda , Medgidia and Bucuresti N.
On the last photo , you can see the timetable.Did you travel some of you with this train?

What type of heating is provided by these cars? Electrical energy or steam?
In Romania were only two generator cars (WG) for electric energy, but many cars for steam heating (WIT), some made from G freight cars, other from old passenger cars and other were built so from the factory. Now we have only 1 electric generator and 1 steam heating car... therefore, if a locomotive with electric or steam heating needs to be replaced by o 060-DA locomotive without train heating... the passengers arrive frozen at their destination.
Also, in summer, if a car with air conditioner system (and with sealed or small windows) is put into a train pulled by a locomotive without electric system and no WG is attached... there will be very hot inside the cars. This situation happens often in the summer on Constanta - Mangalia line (the line is not electrified), where many trains from the rest of the country arrives, but there are not enough locomotives with electric generator available (or the locomotives available have not enough power, like the class 89 locomotives (1500 HP), so a 060-DA (class 60 or 62 - 2100 HP, identical to class 06 of BDZ) is required, even if the ,,classic" 060-DA does not have electric generator).

The generator cars are 2 types - showed by me is equipped with system of steam heating , because the most passenger cars of class 17 , 40 , 47 and 50 have a mixed steam and electric heating.
I don`t know how is in Romania , but in Bulgaria , the class of passenger cars shows 2 things - max. speed and heating. For example - 1. class 40 - the passenger car is determined by the 140 km. per hour with a steam heating and various kind of electric heating - 1. alternating current of electricity AC: 1000 V ~ 16 2/3 Hz & 1500 V ~ 50 Hz , 2. direct current of electricity DC: 1500 V= and 3000 V=.
2. class 47 - the passenger car is determined by the 140 km. per hour with a steam heating and various kind of electric heating - 1. alternating current of electricity AC : 1500 V ~ 50 Hz , 2. direct current of electricity DC: 1500 V=
And many more.... Only 2 class of passenger cars haven`t steam heating - class 63 (equipped with automatic doors and air condition) and class 97 (you can see up there in my previous opinion , these cars , determined by 200 km per hour and have only electric heating). So , during the winter , class 97 can move onto the non - electrified lines , because in composition is using a generator car , equipped with electric heating.
The class 63 aren`t move on non electrified lines , because the air condition need for an electricity with stable indicators , but the generator car reached an electricity with different indicators and the direct current is intermittent. Also , the generator car isn`t ensure a needs of air for automatic doors to open / close it.
In Bulgaria diesel locomotives of class 06-00 and 07-00 haven`t system of heating , but several diesel locomotives of class 07-00 (108 , 111 , 123 , 124 and 126) have being modernization and fitted with an electric train heating , additional inference , assembling from diesel engine. But this system has a main defect - a high speed - powerful heating , a low speed - a weak heating. In this way , with the most of passenger cars not a problem , but in the class 63 haven`t heat and passengers there will be frozen.

Today , 16th November in my country Bulgaria have done a trial tests of narrow gauge diesel locomotive with ex - number 76012-4 , made by Factory 23 AUGUST WERKE - BucureÅŸti (now FAUR).The mashine is ready from general overhaul , because before several months , the Argentinian company "YCRT Rail" - Santa Cruz sold 3 mashines of this class for work in mines , situated in Patagonia - a geographic region in Argentina , containing the southernmost portion of South America.
These mines are located between mine village Rio Turbio and Rio Gallegos - capital of the Patagonic province of Santa Cruz.Onto the locomotives have done a general overhaul , painted and they`ll pass over a trial tests. After that , the 3 mashines will move in harbor of Burgas , load up on boats and will go to Argentina.

Today (18-th November) in my country had come and carry out a several trial tests an electric locomotive of SIEMENS with number 1116 023-1.The mashine is owned by private operator RCA (Rail Cargo Austria), subagent of ÖBB (Österreichische Bundes Bahnen / Austrian Railways) who take a license for a freight conveyance in Bulgaria before 2 months. From 9:40 to 10:20 AM the locomotive of family EURO SPRTINTER had standed on central railway station Plovdiv and had came to Ruse , via Karlovo and Gorna Oriahovitsa. You can see a some photos of this mashine.
In 21:20 PM the locomotive leaves Bulgaria through Ruse and from Romania had come a diesel locomotive of class 65-000 to pass him over the non electrified lines. The mashine go back to Austria and after several weeks we wait his "walking" in Bulgaria again. :D

Unfortunately I don`t know the correct timetable , because the train changed it every time. For example - the arriving (1st July) will be in 16:00 at Svilengrad - border railway station between Bulgaria and Turkey , but the train comes from Turkey at 19:30 and in 21:00 had came on railway station Dimitrovgrad. On central railway station Plovdiv came at 23:53.On 2nd and 3rd July the train has stand on the station and on 4th July continued its trip towards Sofia.Today - 5th July , I think that the train is coming in Romania , crossed the central railway station Ruse last night and through Danube bridge has entered in border railway station Giurgiu Nord and ran to Bucuresti Nord.

Finally , at this moment , I`m not sure , but think that the train must be run somewhere in Romania.
