In Austria a existat o linie interurbana de troleibuz ce deservea doua orasele din Styria, Kapfenberg (24.000 locuitori) si Bruck an den Mur (16.000 locuitori). Sistemul a fost functional intre 20.10.1944 si 25.02.2002. Troleibuzele ce deserveau rutele din Kapfenberg si cea interurbana amintita (Kapfenberg-Bruck) au fost achizitionate de Medias, Sarajevo, Timisoara si Salzburg (ex-35 MVG).

Ca un fapt ciudat, reteaua de troleibuze a fost modernizata cu cca un an inainte de a se decide inlocuirea troleibuzelor cu autobuze Diesel (motiv: largirea la 4 benzi/modernizarea soselei dintre Kapfenberg si Bruck). Componentele Kummler-Matter au fost demontate (in noiembrie 2002) din Austria si remontate la Sibiu de catre echipa Tursib SA (componentele au fost donate municipalitatii sibiene). In anul 2007 a fost demontata si reteaua ramasa in depou. Totul cu o tacere si rapiditate suspecte, dupa cum aflam din urmatorul reportaj: http://spvd.cz/?p=svet/at/kapfenberg/po ... nberg.html

Duo-buzele Mercedes O 405 GTD MVG 32 si 33 au circulat pana in anul 1995 in Potsdam (cu nr. 993 si 994). An de fabricatie: 1993.

Troleibuz Graf&Stift in culorile originale, adus din Kapfenberg. Coincidenta la numerotare: ex-23 MVG, 23 RATT.

Troleibuzul ex-21 MVG, a fost adus la Medias, pastrandu-si pt. o vreme straiele galben/albastre, primind la Medias nr. 201.
