Nu.
Pe surse, se spune că, la aceste tramvaie (începând cu 31042), schema în albastru nu i-ar fi plăcut șefului Guvernului Moscovei, primarul Serghei Sobianin, acesta cerând schimbarea cu schema de la prototipul 31001.

Pentru restul, rămâne de văzut.

P.S. Miercuri 21 iunie 2017 împlinește 59 de ani.

La multi ani dar nu in functia de primar. Sobianin continua distrugerea troleibuzelor in Moscova (el a si inceput-o). In ciuda opozitiei locuitorilor. In acest timp, Sankt-Petersburg isi improspateaza parcul de troleibuze!

În majoritatea ţărilor, funcţia de primar al capitalei e o rampă de lansare pentru altceva...
Dar ca să poţi să conduci o ţară cu o mână de fier, trebuie întâi să exersezi.

Asa e, cu atat mai mult in Rusia (unde primarul Moscovei este numit nu ales).

Deviem de la subiectul topicului, dar, din câte știu eu, Serghei Sobianin a fost numit primar al Guvernului Moscovei în octombrie 2010 de Duma orașului Moscova, iar după schimbarea legii, în anul 2013, a participat, alături de alți cinci candidați, aprobați de Duma orașului Moscova, la alegerile pentru Primarul Guvernului Moscovei, câștigându-le cu un procentaj de 51,37%, pe data de 8 septembrie 2013.

Și a fost prim-ministru și a făcut parte din Administrația Prezidențială.
Viitoarele alegeri pentru Primarul Guvernului Moscovei vor avea loc în anul 2018.

Revenind la subiect, totuși păstrează rețeaua de tramvaie și o împrospătează cu tramvaie noi.
De ce desființează rețeaua de troleibuze, rămâne un mister.
