Astazi am avut un drum la Tulcea si avand camera la mine,m-am gandit sa pozez ceva mijloace de transport in comun. Dar nu prea am avut noroc.Singurul pe care am reusit sa il pozez este un midibus GRIVBUZ(cred).
Observati schema de culori tip RATB.

Zilnic circula aproximativ 40 de autobuze.
Sa vedem ce fel de autobuze exploateaza S.C. Transport Public Tulcea:

Dac 117UD. La mijlocul anilor '90, prin ,,redistribuire", societatea a primit de la Armata 2 autobuze Dac 117UD in 2 usi, produse in 1983, respectiv 1984. Au circulat pana in 2005, cand au fost trase pe dreapta, deorece erau mult prea mari (!) pentru numarul de calatori de pe traseele tulcene. Practic, soferul unui astfel de autobuz facea o cursa pentru santierul naval (cu muncitori), dupa aia venea in garaj, statea pana la 4pm, apoi pleca sa ia muncitorii... si asta zilnic.

Va rog sa observati treptele din otel inoxidabil, dar si alte detalii in sprijinul afirmatiei ,,Bune erau lucrurile pe vremuri".

Celalalt Dac 117UD este TL 02 AKL. Acesta este fabricat in 1984 si se gaseste intr-o stare ceva mai buna decat ,,fratiorul" mai batran cu un an. Ba chiar cred ca s-ar putea repara si arputea servi ca piesa de muzeu :!:

Dac 112 UDM se gasesc inca in numar mare (raportat la dimensiunea parcului regiei).

Pentru incput, voi face o prezentare mai amanuntita autobuzului TL 02 HIO. Acesta a fost produs inaintea ,,scundelor" si prezinta unele elemente foarte originale, pe care le voi detalia in cele ce urmeaza.
Din pacate, la data fotografierii, fusese retras de aproximativ o saptamana, in vederea casarii (desi si el cred ca s-ar mai putea slava).
Pentru inceput, cateva poze de exterior. Va rog saobservati ca unul dintre stopuri este original:

Si acum... daca DAC-uri cu semnalizatoare de colt si stopuri ,,dintr-o bucata" si ornament lateral am mai gasit si probabil o sa mai gasesc... acum incep socurile! Acest autobuz avea cilindrii pentru actionarea usilor plasati pe podea :!: la fel ca IK4. Deasemenea, designul usilor este asemanator cu cel al usilor de IK4.

Si bordul. O alta mare surpriza: acest autobuz a avut cutie hidramata, inlocuita dupa doar un an de folosinta cu una manuala (cel putin asa ni s-a spus referitor la originea cutiei manuale) :!:

Dac-uri 112UDM ,,inalte" sa fie vreo 15 bucati:

-TL 02 HEK in hala, in timpul unor reparatii
-TL 02 HEM pe linia 1
-TL 10 RAT pe liniile 1 si 2b. De la TL-10-RAT deja vorbim de Rocar 112UDM, fiind autobuze ceva mai noi.

Trecem la Van Hool. Sunt autobuze fabricate 1973 si 1976(1978?) si aduse in 1990-91 printr-o firma din Timisoara.Pana de curand circulau zilnic. Acum, o data cu innoirea parcului cu autobuze BMC Probus 215SCB (2006-2007, deci ganditi-va: Van Hool-urile au circulat 16-17 ani in Tulcea!), Van Hool-urile au ramas ca ,,rezerve". Motivul oficial este ca sunt foarte vechi, non-euro, iar piesele sunt extrem de greu de gasit. In practica, desi non-euro, un Grivbus (ca sa nu implic si un Dac in ecuatie) Euro 3 scoate de 2-3 ori mai mult fum decat un Van Hool... dar cum rovigneta este platita in functie de ce e pe hartie, aceasta taxa are o valoare enorma pentru un Van Hool :(

Deci... sunt 2 modele de Van Hool. Modelul mai vechi are ,,fatza" rotunjita (este acelasi model cu cele din Fetesti).

-TL 02 FXF - ,,rezerva" in garaj.
-TL 02 GZK - ,,rezerva" in garaj
-TL 02 GZL - ,,rezerva" in garaj
-TL 02 HIL - retras in Iulie 2007 (odata cu aducerea ultimul lot de BMC), urmeaza a fi casat.

Acum Roman 111:
TL 02 GZJ si TL 02 GZN, din acelasi lot. Ambele sunt ,,rezerve"... pana la aducerea ultimului lot de BMC, se mai intampla ca aceste Romanuri sa circle pe linii urbane, cum ar fi linia1.

TL 17 YRA este un autocar Iveco, folosit pana acum cativa ani pe ruta Tulcea - Bucuresti (si retur), ruta care in prezent este dubizata.
Se pare ca este destul de vechi si, din punct de vedere al poluari, este non-euro.

Midibuze Isuzu exista vreo 10 bucati in Tulcea. O parte (cele cu usi dintr-o bucata) sunt mai vechi, cumparate la mana a 2a:

Autobuzul pare a avea sistemul de incalzire modificat. La a doua "zona" de vizitare (ca sa nu spun gaura), langa scutul ventilatorului, se vede ceva ca o conducta. Eu, personal, nu stiu sa fi existat asa ceva la DAC-uri. Insa tin minte si la autobuzele A 31579 avea un furtun suplimentar iar A 31582 niste conducte al caror rol pare a fi acela de a asigura o incalzire mai eficienta a autobuzului. Un alt model de midibuz care este exploatat de S.C. Transport Public S.A. este Grivbuz 7U, produs la Bucuresti. La constructia acestor autobuze s-a plecat de la un sasiu de camion Roman, motorul si osiile fiind modificate astfel incat motorul sa fie amplasat in spate (fata de camion, unde este amplasat in fata)... practic, motorul se invarte ,,invers". Prima serie de Grivbuzuri este dotata cu motor AB, licenta Saviem. Se pare ca aceasta serie pune ceva probleme in exploatare.

Al 2lea lot a fost cumparat in anul 2003. Aceste midibuze sunt dotate cu motor Cummins Euro 3.
Desi Grivita S.A. nu prea are aechipamentul necesar producerii de autobuze (sau, oricum, in 2003 nu avea), spre deosebire de Rocar care, in ciuda calitatii mioritice a autobuzelor, avea echipamente destul de moderne (care, probabil, mai exista si azi, acoperite cu un strat gros de rugina in asteptarea autogenului pentru mall-ul ce se va ridica acolo in cativa ani), cu asemenea midibuze s-ar fi putut impune pe piata transportului in regim ,,maxi-taxi"... Din pacate, nu au o capacitate mare de productie, iar parerea majoritatii transportatorilor despre vehiculele romanesti (fie ca e vorba de Dacia, Roman Bv, Tractorul, Dac etc.) nu e prea buna :( , desi multi nu stiu decat de Dacia 1300, Dac 112UDM si Rabe.

Revenind la midibuzele tulcene... sa le vedem pe TL 43 STP si TL 45 STP, ambele in garaj:

In anul 2007 au fost cumparate 5 midibuze BMC Probus SCB 215, inmatriculate cu numerele TL 48 STP, TL 49 STP, TL 50 STP, TL 51 STP, TL 52 STP. Acestea au contribuit la imbunatatirea imaginii (imagine destul de buna, oricum) societatii si au fost primite bine de catre calatorii tulceni. Cu exceptia lui TL 49 STP, pe restul le vedeti in pozele atasate:

Din 2007 lucrurile s-au mai schimbat la Tulcea. Au fost casate toate autobuzele Van Hool, cele 2 Dac 117UD, un Dac 112 UDM (TL 02 HIO) si o parte din Romanurile 111, fiind aduse alte cateva BMC Probus SCB 215. Numarul de vehicule e cam la limita, la orele de varf ramanand in garaj doar autobuzele defecte ori in diverse revizii.
Se doreste aducerea altor midibuze BMC. Sincer, mie nu mi se par o solutie foarte buna... nu ma refer la partea tehnica (sunt mult superioare Dacurilor), ci la capacitatea de transport. Cele care circula in oras merg pline pana la refuz, fiind destul de multi calatori care le utilizeaza.
Pe liniile din oras se circula la 25-30 de minute, insa, pe portiunea cea mai solicitata circula 5 trasee (1, 1b, 3, 4, 4b) cu autobuzele destul de bine corelate, asigurandu-se un interval de 6-7 minute.
