Daca afirmatia facuta anterior ar fi adevarata inseamna ca nu s-ar mai fi construit in veci linii de mare viteza fara "joante" si ar fi trebuit sa ne bucure auzul vesnicul "clac-clac". Progresul a oferit insa solutii si nu mai este nevoie de tehnologia asta invechita pentru linii indiferent de viteza de circulatie si incarcarea pe osie.

Rosturile de dilatare nu mai sunt necesare daca este bine pusa la punct calea de rulare. Oricum, daca sudurile liniilor sunt facute cu cap se lasa intotdeauna un spatiu care sa preia solicitarile si care se va umple cu acel "amalgam" la sudura. E adevarat ca de multe ori se face economie de material si liniile sunt practic sudate cap la cap fara a mai exista decat cativa mm liberi intre sine, prea putin. Tot asa conteaza mult si elasticitatea clemelor de prindere pe traverse a sinei si multi alti factori asa ca valurirea liniei nu este un fenomen imposibil de limitat.

Oricum, la cum sunt facute lucrurile pe la noi se lasa mai degraba terasamentul prost realizat si trage dupa el sina decat sa se valureasca sina pentru ca e prinsa prea rigid.

Si pe linia lui 21 pe Cal.Mosilor cu putin inainte de intersectia cu Paleologul este o groapa in asfalt chiar in jurul unei suduri...se pare ca si acolo a fost rupta linia.Si este de ceva timp groapa aia.
Intrebarea mea este: Daca nu se astupa acolo,nu se lasa terasamentul? :x

Pentru eventualitatea in care sudura crapa din nou sa nu se mai agite baietii sa sparga ciment/asfalt. :twisted:

E bine ca au spart si au sudat calumea :!: :!: :shock: . Eu nu pricep, cum are loc o linie inglobata sa se lase pur si simplu. Daca e incadrata de beton si cauciuc, cat de mult se paote lasa?? De ce nu o incadreaza in beton si atat?? :)

Simplu - cauciucul este pus acolo ca sa se evite distrugerea betonului sub apasarea liniei si de la vibratii. Astfel denivelarile care apar (deja au aparut pe linia 21) sunt cauzate de uzura care apare la acel cauciuc care se onduleaza si deniveleaza sub linie. Daca acel cauciuc nu ar fi pus s-ar distruge mult mai repede si mai rau betonul de la vibratiile produse de vagoane.

P.S. Deja se face simtita calitatea lucrarilor la linia 21, dupa nici 4 luni de la punerea in functiune deja apar denivelari si rupturi in linie... :roll:
