Autobuzele apartin SC Troleibuzul SA Dumbrava Rosie, fiind proprietate a Consiliului Judetean Neamt, date in administrarea operatorului sus-amintit.

Citeva dintre DAC-uri au fost cumparate de la RATC Constanta. Doua bucati au fost vindute TAR SA Tarnaveni.

am fost de 3 ori la Piatra Neamt in vara2007 dar numai cateva DAC de la ELT am vazut circuland, cele de la fosta RTU ....nimik
